Kristine is a full-time photographer and freelance photojournalist, specializing in wedding photojournalism and lifestyle portraiture in one aspect of her business, and freelance photojournalism in the other.
As a freelancer, she focuses on editorial portraiture, food photography and general reportage. She also occasionally teaches photojournalism as an adjunct professor at the University of Montana in Missoula.
Born in Montana, Kristine has made the west her home after earning her BA in English at Carleton College, her MA in Photojournalism at the University of Montana, and after working as a photojournalist at the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
Kristine has lived in Wisconsin, Minnesota, the Flathead valley, Seattle, and London.
She is currently based in Missoula, Montana, but welcomes and thrives on travel opportunities.
